I discovered the magic of " The North Idaho Way of Life" over two years ago. After ending a 12 year professional baseball career, I was looking for a special place to call home for my growing family. I found it in Coeur d' Alene. We purchased property in 2004 and relocated from central California. My family and I do feel North Idaho living is special. We love it!
I am a full time listing specialist for The Kevin Pickford Team of Realtors based out of Keller Williams Realty in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. I service clients in the Kootenai, Shoshone, and Bonner County areas. My team includes buyer's agents as well as a full time administrative assistant.
In 2007 I generated 48 (forty eight) closed transactions resulting in over $11,000,000. (eleven million) in sales. Seventy five percent of that volume was due to my listings being sold. I am on pace to double that in 2008.
My aggressive marketing plan is a sixteen step developed system that is used for every listing. This plan includes immediate local exposure as well as the use of national advertising. Print advertising, internet exposure, email notifications and text blasts to data base clients are just a few examples of the ways I use to get all my listings seen by potential buyers. I also use an 800# (phone) system that has every listing marketed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
I take a proactive approach to my business along with a strong and consistent work ethic. Negotiating is definitely one of my strengths. I study the local market and keep up with all statistical changes. I am a tough negotiator, always working for the best "end result" for my client.
My business standards place a premium on the importance of communication. I personally call for, and receive feedback on my listings. I communicate regularly with all principals a minimum of once a week. My staff also updates all clients on advertising, market changes and open house results.
